Wszystko sprzedawane przez Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers jest sprzedawane na nieodwołalnej publicznej aukcji – tzn. nie ma minimalnych ofert ani cen rezerwowych, a nasze aukcje są otwarte dla każdego. Kupujący składają oferty na przedmioty, a każdy przedmiot jest sprzedawany najwyższemu oferentowi, niezależnie od ostatecznej ceny. Kiedy jesteś gotowy, aby licytować i kupować, możesz zarejestrować się i licytować online w każdej aukcji na żywo lub licytować za pośrednictwem różnych innych wygodnych opcji online.
Rejestracja i wpłaty
Rejestracja do licytacji jest bezpłatna. Możesz być zobowiązany do wpłacenia zwrotnego depozytu licytacyjnego. Proszę pamiętać, że musisz przedstawić dokument tożsamości ze zdjęciem podczas rejestracji na stronie aukcyjnej (np. dowód osobisty, paszport lub prawo jazdy). Jak działają aukcje?
Przeprowadzamy licytacje na żywo w fizycznych miejscach aukcyjnych, z licytacją online w czasie rzeczywistym. Sprzedajemy również za pośrednictwem naszych internetowych Aukcji Czasowych – zautomatyzowanego systemu bez aukcjonera. Możesz licytować osobiście, online, za pośrednictwem naszej aplikacji mobilnej lub za pośrednictwem PriorityBid.
Licytator (lub system Aukcji Czasowej) przedstawi każdy przedmiot i poprosi o oferty. Jeśli nikt nie złoży oferty, cena wywoławcza zostaje obniżona. Gdy zostanie złożona oferta, aukcjoner podnosi cenę wywoławczą. Licytacja trwa, aż nie zostaną złożone żadne dalsze oferty, a przedmiot zostaje sprzedany najwyższemu licytującemu. Czy mogę zobaczyć sprzęt osobiście?
Tak, sprzęt jest dostępny do osobistych inspekcji w naszych stałych miejscach aukcyjnych oraz lokalnych magazynach. Oglądanie jest dostępne na dwa tygodnie przed rozpoczęciem każdej aukcji. Proszę skontaktować się z miejscem, aby ustalić szczegóły poza tym czasem i potwierdzić godziny otwarcia. Oglądanie jest dostępne tylko dla sprzętu, który został dostarczony na miejsce (sprawdź każdą indywidualną ofertę na naszej stronie internetowej, a w zakładce „Szczegółowe informacje o sprzęcie” znajdź „Na placu – Tak/Nie”).
Sprzęt sprzedawany z nieruchomości konsygnanta można również obejrzeć osobiście, umawiając się na czas i datę z sprzedawcą.
Opłatami dla kupujących
Przed złożeniem oferty zapoznaj się z opłatami dla kupujących.
Płatność i odbiór
Zakupy muszą być opłacone w całości w ciągu siedmiu (7) dni od zakończenia aukcji. Kupujący nie mogą usunąć swoich zakupów z miejsca aukcji, dopóki ich faktura nie zostanie opłacona w całości. Płatności gotówkowe nie będą akceptowane. Proszę płacić tylko z tego samego konta Ritchie Bros., z którego dokonano zakupu.
Jeśli Ritchie Bros. nie może przekazać czystego tytułu do zakupu, kupujący ma prawo do pełnego zwrotu ceny zakupu. Jeśli Ritchie Bros. nie otrzyma pełnej płatności w ciągu siedmiu (7) dni od zakończenia aukcji, odsetki od zaległych kwot będą płacone przez kupującego w wysokości 18% rocznie lub w innej maksymalnej stawce dozwolonej przez prawo, wraz z wszelkimi kosztami prawnymi lub windykacyjnymi poniesionymi przez Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers.

Additional Notes
Notice to Foreign Buyers
All purchases that will be exported shall be assessed a surcharge for customs expenses that will cover the cost of processing export documentation for Mexican customs clearance (i.e. customs broker's fees and customs duties). The surcharge amount directly depends on the value of the equipment.
Foreign buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation from the auction site to the final destination, including trans-border transportation and customs requirements for importing into a foreign country.
15% I.V.A. tax will apply to all lots, except agricultural equipment. This tax will be refunded to foreign buyers when Ritchie Bros. receives proof of export (an original exportation document).
Notice Regarding U.S. Importation
Most United States manufactured equipment returns to the U.S. duty free. The importation of certain diesel engines (or equipment with diesel) is prohibited unless the diesel engine is covered by a U.S. EPA certificate of conformity. Some equipment may require modifications to meet U.S. import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker. A customs broker and international truckers will be available on-site at the auction to assist you.
Notice to Buyers in Mexico
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico complies with all existing legislation and standards so that our customers can confidently do business with us.
Due to local regulations which were put in place in September 2013 in relation to the "Marketing or routine distribution of vehicles, new or used, whether air, sea or land" – where the value of the transactions are greater than the $207.879 MXN, or that in a period of 6 months exceeds the accumulated amount of $415.759 MXN, we have to identify the customer and provide the authorities with information corresponding to that transaction.
For the purposes of identification of the customer or buyer of the vehicle, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must:
The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
Verify the identity of the client or buyer based on credentials or official documentation, as well as obtaining a copy of the documentation that can be compared to the originals.
Request information about the existence of the "owner beneficiary". In that case, exhibit official documentation that identifies final owner (beneficiary); otherwise, declare that no documentation is available.The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
In the cases in which it is established there is a business relationship, request information about their activity or occupation.
Confidentiality
All information provided to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must comply with each and every one of the obligations of confidentiality applicable in accordance with the current legislation of the United Mexican States and under the terms of contracts, agreements and conventions in this area that have been held with the client, including all its subsidiaries, affiliates and related parties.
Notice of Privacy
With regards to the processing of personal data under the terms of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the possession of Individuals, Ritchie Bros. Mexico Auctioneers S of RL of CV, Carretera Polotitlán La Estación No. 6 Col. Centro, C.P. 54200, México will use your personal data collected for the purpose of updating and, in this case, to confirm your information.
