Rejestracja i wpłata depozytu
Rejestracja do licytacji jest bezpłatna. Może pojawić się wymóg złożenia zwrotnej kaucji. Proszę pamiętać, że konieczne jest okazanie dokumentu ze zdjęciem w trakcie rejestracji w kompleksie aukcyjnym (np. prawa jazdy lub paszportu).
Wszystkie akcje odbywają się bez ceny minimalnej
Każda pozycja zostaje sprzedana osobie, która wylicytowała najwyższą cenę w dniu aukcji, bez minimalnych kwot i bez cen zastrzeżonych. Właściciele nie mogą licytować pozycji, które sprzedają. Oferty są nieodwołalne, a każda transakcja sprzedaży jest ostateczna. Osoba, która wylicytowała najwyższą stawkę staje się nowym właścicielem przedmiotu w momencie, gdy prowadzący aukcję ogłasza, że przedmiot został sprzedany.
Wszystko sprzedaje się "w stanie w jakim jest, w miejscu, w którym się znajduje"
Zachęcamy odwiedzenie kompleksu aukcyjnego w dniu aukcji i sprawdzenie przedmiotów, które chcieliby Państwo nabyć. Można również poprosić kogoś o udanie się na plac aukcyjny, w celu przeprowadzenia inspekcji maszyn w Państwa imieniu.
Opłatami dla kupujących
Przed złożeniem oferty zapoznaj się z opłatami dla kupujących.
Zapłata i odbiór zakupionego sprzętu
Zakupione przedmioty muszą zostać w pełni opłacone w ciagu siedmiu (7) dni od zakończenia aukcji.Płatności gotówką nie są akceptowane. Upewnij się, że faktura jest opłacana przez tego samego posiadacza konta, z którego dokonano zakupu na aukcji.Kupujący nie mogą odebrać zakupionych przedmiotów z kompleksu aukcyjnego do czasu uregulowania faktury w pełnej wysokości.Jeśli firma Ritchie Bros. nie jest w stanie dostarczyć nieobciążonego tytułu własności zakupionego przedmiotu, kupujący jest uprawniony do uzyskania pełnego zwrotu ceny zakupu.
Przeczytaj warunki licytacji
Niniejsza informacja jest przekazana wyłącznie jako streszczenie. Uczestnicząc w aukcji, konieczne jest zapoznanie się z pełną wersją warunków / regulaminu przed licytacją (znajdują się one w katalogu aukcyjnym, który otrzymuje się wchodząc do kompleksu aukcyjnego). Notice to Foreign Buyers
All purchases that will be exported shall be assessed a surcharge for customs expenses that will cover the cost of processing export documentation for Mexican customs clearance (i.e. customs broker's fees and customs duties). The surcharge amount directly depends on the value of the equipment.
Foreign buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation from the auction site to the final destination, including trans-border transportation and customs requirements for importing into a foreign country.
15% I.V.A. tax will apply to all lots, except agricultural equipment. This tax will be refunded to foreign buyers when Ritchie Bros. receives proof of export (an original exportation document).
Notice Regarding U.S. Importation
Most United States manufactured equipment returns to the U.S. duty free. The importation of certain diesel engines (or equipment with diesel) is prohibited unless the diesel engine is covered by a U.S. EPA certificate of conformity. Some equipment may require modifications to meet U.S. import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker. A customs broker and international truckers will be available on-site at the auction to assist you.
Notice to Buyers in Mexico
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico complies with all existing legislation and standards so that our customers can confidently do business with us.
Due to local regulations which were put in place in September 2013 in relation to the "Marketing or routine distribution of vehicles, new or used, whether air, sea or land" – where the value of the transactions are greater than the $207.879 MXN, or that in a period of 6 months exceeds the accumulated amount of $415.759 MXN, we have to identify the customer and provide the authorities with information corresponding to that transaction.
For the purposes of identification of the customer or buyer of the vehicle, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must:
The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
Verify the identity of the client or buyer based on credentials or official documentation, as well as obtaining a copy of the documentation that can be compared to the originals.
Request information about the existence of the "owner beneficiary". In that case, exhibit official documentation that identifies final owner (beneficiary); otherwise, declare that no documentation is available.The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
In the cases in which it is established there is a business relationship, request information about their activity or occupation.
Confidentiality
All information provided to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must comply with each and every one of the obligations of confidentiality applicable in accordance with the current legislation of the United Mexican States and under the terms of contracts, agreements and conventions in this area that have been held with the client, including all its subsidiaries, affiliates and related parties.
Notice of Privacy
With regards to the processing of personal data under the terms of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the possession of Individuals, Ritchie Bros.
